Editorial Note on Temporary Publication Suspension (2021–2024)

The Editorial Board wishes to inform readers that the journal experienced a temporary suspension of publication between 2021 and 2024 due to a combination of factors affecting manuscript availability and quality.

During 2021–2022, the COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted research activities and manuscript submissions, resulting in a reduced number of eligible contributions.

In 2023, the journal continued to receive an insufficient number of submissions to support the release of complete issues while maintaining its peer-review standards.

In 2024, although submission numbers improved, a substantial proportion of manuscripts were rejected during peer review due to concerns related to plagiarism and failure to meet the journal’s ethical and quality requirements.

In line with its commitment to academic integrity and rigorous peer-review, the journal refrained from publishing issues that did not meet the required standards.

Publication has resumed in 2025 with improved submission quality and strengthened editorial and review processes. The journal remains committed to maintaining transparency, ethical publishing practices, and regular publication schedules moving forward.
